we are searching for an Account Manager | Bucharest.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Regular contacts with selected customers of the company; 

  • Implementation of the company’s sales strategy;

  • Reconciliation between the current individual customer terms and the annual general sales conditions in effect;

  • Reporting to the country manager;

  • Market survey, discovery of new sales opportunities;

  • Organization and conducting of training courses;

  • Reconciliation of overdue customer invoices with the CFO and the client;

  • Provision of the necessary product and market information to the superiors and colleagues;

  • Observance of the sales budget and GP budget;

  • Constant interest in the company overall performance in EBITDA target;

  • Provision of written information about customer terms and their changes and conditions;

  • Preparation of reports (weekly and monthly);

  • Acquisition of in-depth familiarity with the products.

 

Requirements:

  • Good English skills;

  • Excellent sales techniques and selling skills;

  • Previous experience on a similar position is mandatory (min.3 years);

  • Availability to travel across the country (75-80% of the working time);

  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
