Trade Marketing Specialists have a strong local, customer focus;
Identifies growth opportunities, development and implementation of actions in close cooperation with local KAMs, RCM and RPCM, using central and regional communication and promotional platforms;
Responsible for local adaptation and operational execution of regional marketing activities;
Local linking-pin between RCPM, RCM, sales, customers, CS, sales force.

Key Success Measures:
Achievement of brand, sales, and gross profit targets for country;
Increase distribution coverage;
Controlled and reported marketing expenditures.

Areas of Focus:
Initiates customer growth activities (listings, catalogues, promotions) by activating the right customer sell-out model, using central and regional communication and promotional platforms and providing necessary support to key customers;
Implements all regional marketing activities (category, communication, promotion, pricing, legislation) 
Ownership of customer catalogue process;
Handles local pricelist translating policies and guidelines issued by RCM into local pricing;
Monthly reporting on sales results and marketing budget;
Gathers market intelligence, customer and competitor analysis and provides impulses and ideas to RCM, RCPM, RMD & CM;
Gets involved in customer presentations, sales forecasting, listing process and training.

Practical Duties:
Works closely with RMD, RCM and RCPM;
Provides support to customers (listings, catalogues, web content) across whole portfolio of products;
Takes care of whole marketing agenda at the market incl. ensuring that products / packaging comply with all local rules and requirements (provides information and feedback to RCM and RCPM);
Prepares local pricelist following instructions from RMD, RCM and CM;
Ensures implementation of regional rules on pricing, product launches etc.;
Prepares local offer and web catalogue (in cooperation with Central Marketing Service); 
Controls and reports marketing expenditures;
Involved in sales forecasting;
Prepares detailed and insightful reports (marketing part of current projects) from the market on a monthly base. This is key information source for RMD, RCM and Headquarters;
Localizes all marketing activities prepared on regional or European level;
Localizes all marketing materials for print and web, such as catalogue proposals, flyers, brochures, web banners, product visuals for social media etc., and develops new materials according to local needs; 
Handles the maintenance of local websites:
Handles e-newsletter communication to local database monthly / twice per month;
Manages the cooperation with marketing agencies, printing houses and other suppliers;
Manages all PR & Communication activities meant to increase brand awareness and consolidate the brand position on local market;
Gathers market intelligence and provides impulses and ideas to RPM and RMD;
Coordinates and supervises the activity of local Sales & Marketing Assistant.


Presentation skills – able to present to Sales and Customers;
At least 3 years of work experience (marketing related experience would be an advantage)
Good knowledge of marketing and advertising tactics, mainly below-the-line activities and DTP / commercial graphics (would be an advantage);
Proficiency in the local language and advanced English;
Strong knowledge Excel Skill;
Efficiency in handling and implementing projects;
