Jr. Customer Service Representative

Learning & Development Quest is searching for Jr. Customer Service Representative | Bucharest - for one of our partners.


  • Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Transport Company)

  • Phone and e-mail contact with the marketing department and with the warehouses, with demand planners and with freight forwarder

  • Close cooperation with sales & marketing departments and collaborators

  • Cooperation on sales actions preparation

  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers (update on delivery of products), answering product and service questions

  • Solving the claims of customers

  • Creating and maintaining actual customer’s database

  • Participation in regional calls with Operations Manager and Transport Company to discuss issues; reporting, new projects;

  • Participation in projects / initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of the department (system upgrade & testing)

  • Run Customer Service reports to Operations Manager

  • Daily statistics (controls of backorders, EDI orders and Tool Commerce), determining the cause of the problems


  • Very good English knowledge

  • Candidate profile: customer orientation (external and internal), ability to work in a team, multi-tasking, orientation for problem solving, proactive approach, strong team player with very good communication skills (ease of making contact)
